Homehub contract end date

Hi. I checked my contract end date in the StarHub apps. However, it stated N/A. Can I know what does it mean, and what is the exact Contract end date?

Are you referring to My Starhub App.

 

Most probably the App may not be updated &or login properly.

Do Log-out.

You can try to clear cache -> in the App below select More -> Setting -> Clear cache.

 

Do login to My Starhub App using your Hub iD.

Go to My Account -> My subscribed services -> Hubbing bundle.

The Contract end date should be stated.

 

If still not available, do write to forum staff to assist you on this matter.

 

Do PM (private message) forum staff to look into your case on this matter.

On top right next to your name click on the Icon and select the Message icon.

As in email format, select >> Compose New Message

In the *Send to; forum staff >>  Amy_Law, Jolene_L     [Note: Do input exactly or copy & paste.]

Please submit and provide with the following information;

Registered subscriber Name, NRIC/FIN number, contact, email.
