I had signed up Homehub GO 15 2 years ago with 4 line all in 1 account number as I was force to transfer all my account into 1 in order to enjoy the promotion. Currently my account was due for renewal and I understand that the current plan had already ceased.
Need your advise that can I renew all my line online as the pricing and promotion is different from shops and get the Broadband and Entertainment renew in shops later as since the package had change, I will need advise from your staff on how to re-bundle it?
In another words, can I renew all my services separately even it's under 1 account number? Will my hub club discount be auto given?
Or can I have the exception due to my complicated situation and do it at 1 go in shops but still enjoy the online promotion?
Hi TanC, if you are subscribed to StarHub Home Broadband, Mobile and TV services, you will be able to enjoy Hub Club benefits. As long as you maintain the mentioned services under the same subscriber name, NRIC/FIN and service/registered address, you will be automatically registered as a Hub club member.
This means you can renew any of the services at any point in time and still maintain 3 services mentioned to continue enjoying Hub Club benefits.
Please note that online promotion and offline promotion may differ.
