Fiber relocation

My house is currently under renovation and require an engineer to be onsite to check on the connevtivity until the fiber termination point, to make sure there is no faulty connection or faulty point. Somehow the customer service officer does not understand what I am say. Ether they did the wrong stuff or send the wrong person. Could any StarHub staff assist me if you understand my request? I do not have a lot of time to waste.
