Error when nominate line mobile

 Hi,

 

   I'm HomeHub 1000 user, and last day just port in number from singtel to starhub successfuly under 4G 3 plan...

  But when I want to nominate my line mobile, I face this error as below

 

Sorry, we regret that we are unable to process your application due to the following reasons:
System Error: One or more of the mobile service(s) you have nominated is not eligible for Hub Club membership

 

Can someone check this for me? Appreicate it.

Please do submit your request and include subscriber detail, such as; NRIC, Name, Email address, Mobile line number /Account, etc to
