My HomeHub 1000 is contract end date is 25 Nov 2019. When I logged in to check my account recontract eligibilty, the status is eligible. But when I logged in MyStarhub app on my phone, it shows not eligible. May I know whether am I eligible to recontract to the new HomeHub Plus plan? I'm thinking of recontracting at COMEX but afraid that if I'm not eligible, it will be a wasted trip. Thanks.
