Why is StarHub still charging me monthly bill since I have signed up the HomeHub 1000 since Nov 2016 with 6 Month FOC subscriptions?
I have made multiple called to Starhub (4persons) during the 2 weeks period and still could not find an answer. During these call the customer service promised to call back for a solution but till now I did not recieve a call from them.
Can you point me to the correct management channel to resolve this issue?
For any discount and free subscription, it will be stated on another item.
HomeHub 1000 package = $88.80
*Discount for HomeHub 1000 subscription = $88.80 - (minus for discount).
Do check for the discount stated on the bill.
But you have to pay for the IPTV Set-top box = $10.70 (include recording).
Do write to forum staff to assist you on this matter, if there is no discount stated.
