Changes to my subscription

Very horrible customer service from Starhub. I would like to make changes to my HomeHub plan which has not been installed or activated yet.

I have been calling several times & sent several emails to your customer service but still no call back from the “relevant department “ to resolve my request. Many promises made by several of your staff ( Hayatin, Joan Teo, Poorani, Romis, Aureal ) that someone will call me back in 24hrs but it’s been almost 4 days already. Very bad treatment towards a loyal customer for several years by Starhub.
