I am currently using Starhub for 2 fibre plans, 1 Starhub mobile line and 1 Starhub TV and they are under the same NRIC.
I have read through the Hub Club benefits and I certainly wishes to be part of it, however, with these 4 services, I have yet to receive any notification or information or even deduction on my bills.
I understand it may be because I shifted home recently, thus, I have yet to change my "service address" of my mobile line to my new home.
With that, I hope you could kindly advise:
1. Do I need to change my "service address" (I understand service address and mailing address is different) of my mobile phone to my new home?
2. How can I be eligible and sign up for the aewsome Hub Club membership so I can received monthly rebates on my bill?
