Can I have any suggestion on recontracting Homehub, smartphone service?

I am using below service since 2016 Aug.

HomeHub1000
3 x Samsung Smartphone.

2 year contract will be ended on this Aug.


I am expecting 1 year new contract. Can I have any suggestion on it?

What about just broadband internet service(not includng tv)? is there 1 year broadband internet service?

That will also be tied to 24 months contract.

Sorry for asking again.


My issue is that I might leave Singapore Next year(2019).

 

My existing 2 year contract will be ended in Aug 2018.(2016.Aug - 2018.Aug)
I heard from my colleage that if I do not renew contract after 2018 Aug, that mean that i will not be tied to contract. And I can keep using homehub and smartphone same price, after 2018 Aug. If I leave Singapore next year, I can terminate my service without penalty since i am not tied to any contract.

 

Can you correct me if my understanding is incorrect?

If you do not recontract after the contract ends, you will be retaining the same plan. If you wish to terminate the service after the contract, there will be no early termination charges imposed.
