A Starhub staff came to my house and sold me a 'Roadshow' discount on upgrading to Homehub 1000. But apparently I am now paying MORE than before, and even the 3 months FREE internet that I was enjoying after upgrading my fibre earlier was removed, after this Homehub 1000 is activated. I am not getting the supposedly discounts that was promised.
Starhub, I would think any recontracting should save me money, not make me spend more. Please advise.
