Loss of Signal

Since yesterday 28 Jan morning onwards, I am getting Loss Of Signal (LOS) RED light blinking intermittently on my Nucleas Connect Fibre termination box and my 1GBps Internet does not work and the Cable TV also works at times only.

 

Called Starhub customer service at 1633 and spoken and did whatever he asked for 30 mins plus like restarting modem and router and resetting something from your backend etc.

 

But until now there is no internet at home this is frustrating.

 

Could someone help please. Thanks.
