Unable to access Pay my bills and Manage my account after logging into my HUB ID

I am unable to access pay my bills and manage my account after logging into my HUB ID.

 

After clicking on either, my browser goes into an infinite loop, switching between the following 3 URL.

 

https://secure.starhub.com/myaccountmgr/#/login

https://secure.starhub.com/myaccountmgr/login

https://secure.starhub.com/myaccountmgr/login?acvctk=c0GpfXfiWMYf9xuFRUnD%2FCTfMvA%3D

 

There is a message, "Please wait for verfication", shown in the first URL above.  

 

Please advise what I can do to resolve this.

While clicking your link, I initially faced the same redirects as you 

I was preparing to do a screen recording to escalate this feedback but the redirection stopped on its own and it managed to log in to my account. I tried a combination of logging out and using incognito windows to login another 5 times but could not replicate the issue anymore. 

 

Can you try again please? Good if you can clear your cache for this page as well.

Thanks. I am able to access my account now. Curious to know what happened and what changed for me to be able to access the pages now?

And how can it be prevented in the future?
