Online Homehub Subscription

Hi .. my contract ends on 30 June 2018. 

However, your online store indicated that I am elgible to recontract. 

I have tried to go through the process a few times bu the process always hangs mid way. 

Does this happen because the portal is incorrectly configured or am I just not elible.
