My Dlink power button is green but the Globe is orange and I'm not able to surf the internet. What am I supposed to do? I've called the Dlink Technical support and they say that I have to contact my internet provider instead because nothing is wrong with the Dlink router.

Hi SFam, have you tried restarting your router? If that didn't help, please PM me your full name, NRIC/FIN, StarHub account number, email and mobile so that I can escalate this to our technical team for you.

Try to restart your Router maybe it will help you, And now visit any website, for example, Facetime For PC. Hope, It will help.
