Warranty service

Hi I’m mr Chan. I just got my new iPhone 8 after recontract in March. I started using the phone today. The phone just pause and stopped while it was playing video. I tried to restart the phone by pressing the power and home buttons together but it could not be restarted. The screen just went totally black. And I could not start it again. 

How should I get my phone replaced since it is still under warranty. Should I deal with starhub or can I bring my phone to any apple outlet?
