I was trying to recontract this afternoon, but I was having problem when I checked out, the order cart became empty without me making payment. Subsequently, I can't add a phone into the cart as it prompts that I have an unpaid order in the cart but when I clicked on my cart, it was empty.
Later at about 9pm, my order mysteriously appeared in my cart again but I was unable to check out due to some error and it prompts me to try again later.
At 10pm, I tried again and I couldn't even select delivery nor click&collect. This is getting very frustrating for me. All I want is to get the handset of my choice. What is the problem with the online store?
