I recently signed up for my first phone plan online and I selected 2/1/19 as the delivery date because the weekend wasn't available yet. Unfortunately, I only just found out that I can't authorize someone else to receive on my behalf as a new customer. Is it possible to change the date of delivery? If not, is there a way to tell them not to bother coming to my house as it will all end in dissappointment for everyone? If yes, how do I reschedule the delivery?
