Problem with iPhone 7 Plus Black checkout, Empty Cart error

Keep receiving this error when I try to checkout (recontract):

Sometimes clearing the cache may not help.

Most probably you may need to restart the computer.

 

Login and click on the shopping cart to continue.

By clicking on the shopping cart, it may continue to where the problem is &or to start from the beginning of the original order.

And if you do the selection the phone again, that is from the beginning as select the mobile handset, as this means you are doing the 2nd purchase, hence it failed.

Do not click on the Back key, as it will bring you to the beginning again.

Instead on clicking on Back key, just click on the shopping cart which will go back to the beginning to start over.

 

Click on the shopping cart to see where is the problem.

The most problem is that you need to scroll down all the way on the top section until there it end, then click on the "Next" box on the bottom section.

 

When you click on to the next section "Mobile number" there are 2 options.

Best to use Customise Order in order to avoid unnecessary charges that you may overlook.

"Select your number" and further down is for SIM card > Yes / No

 

Next  >> Value Added Services; do ensure to check and unmark if nec.

Next  >>  Billing & Delivery > All the selection options have to be click to select.

For the Self Collection, there is to select which Starhub branch you want to collect the purchase, if any.

 

As for  "Checkout"  follow by >> "Order Confirmation"

Do print out the order confirmation, as stated, for your reference.

 

If there is any problems encountered again, do not exit;

then contact the Sales hotline 1630 CS will ask for your details, as will able to see if you are doing the purchase mid-way.

Then the CS will forward your call to the Online Store (most probably Exclusive shop).

The Online store staff are helpful and able to continue & confirm your order.

Do note that the Online store operation hours closed at 9.00 pm (Not 24 hours).
