Problem when recontract via online

Hi,when i click the recontract & choose the mobile MATE 10,the page was keep loading and can't continue to process,kindly check the issue.thank you!

Hi cwkiat, can I know if you were using a PC or mobile browser? Have you tried clearing the cache of your browser and trying again?

Hi,now the issue is solve,but i can't done my recontract via online.when i type in the delivery address,and choose the date,it's no time for me to choose,and the "next" button isn't work.

The street and building name i need to modify but when i type in the postal code,the street name and building name is choosed automatic & i can't modify it.

Huh,so difficult to make the online recontract,not userfriendly.
