My new cell phone display glass broke buring my business trip, so I contacted CS through Smart support app, and they said Starhub service guy will contact me so that I can set the time for them to visit me & swap the phone. however, it has been more than 10 days and I got ZERO feedback.
could you please tell me where can I contact and have my phone fixed?
