Hi i would like to know if my recontract done via phone yesterday was already cancelled?
The phone delivery is suppose to come today but when he called me i ask him that i will not be able to pay the phone coz i misunderstood what the customers sales agent told me about the payment method. I thought that it will be billed together with my billing account.It was stupid of me, since i dont have enough money to pay for the phone at the moment i want to cancel my recontract done yesterday.
Hoping that someone could update me regarding my recontract status
