No voiceline activation and no contact from StarHub after multiple calls to frontline. Was told voiceline activation will be up by Sunday morning. It is now Monday morning and no activation yet. Called customer service multiple times and was told it was escalated and will get a call from back end but I have yet to receive their call. I need the voiceline to be activated today. Please help.
