How To Transfer Ownership Of Your Services



Have you ever wondered how you can transfer ownership of your StarHub services to someone else? It’s not as complicated as you might think.


StarHub TV and broadband services

Simply download this form, fill it up and send it to us via It’s that simple.


StarHub mobile services

Both you and the transferee have to personally head down to any of the official StarHub stores. If you are not available to come down, the transferee will have to bring along both your NRICs and a letter of authorisation signed by you.

For Singaporeans and PRs, do bring your NRIC with you for verification purposes.


For non-Singaporeans, you can bring along any one of the following for authorisation:

  • Passport or
  • Employment pass or
  • Work permit or
  • Social or Dependent pass AND
  • Proof of billing address (must be dated within the last 3-months) or
  • Other supporting documents found here


With the information above, you will now know what documents you need to prepare to ensure a smooth transfer of ownership of your services. Just do note that there will be a $21.40 transfer fee for each service.
