Account not activated

Hello, i have just registered an account for Hub ID, after registering with the details required. I did not receive any activation email and futhermore i am unable to use my NRIC anymore. I tried using the help bot but it shows me that my Hub ID is unable to be found in the system using my NRIC. Please help
