I have just upgade my internet broadband to fiber broadbandand with home voice
on webnesday the technician mention internet is done but the voice home got problem
he need to feedback to starhub support team but the phone still able to uses on my old broadband with home voice
today home voice no connection on both Old & New
I call the support team they mention need to wait for 24hrs??
Do it really need to take so long?
if your support team havent fix it why cancel off my old internet broadband with home voice
Have you try to connect the phone line to the ONT (modem) Tel Port 1.
Take note only tel port 1 is active.

@lum, It depends, sometime they have to do some background work for the issue to be solve, USUALLY, it won't take 24 hours but in any case that they have any issue at least they have the buffer to solve the issue.
