since last saturday, no any technicque support guy wherever from starhub orDlink contacts with me,
my wireless is still dropping frequently and very low speed in my bedroom. It's very disappointing!!!
If this plan doesn't work we wish switch back the old plan!! or we customer really are wondering starhub want to figure out problem or not? can starhub tell us when the problem can be wok out.
