For the past few weeks, wifi or braodband has been ridiculously slow all day (and more so in the evening) - it took me more than five minutes to load any website• Slow or intermittment speed remains despite resetting the router. Please help. Thanks.

Quick check - have you tested the connection using a LAN cable to your laptop/PC to see if the issues recur after a restart of your modem/ONT and router?
