I am currently on the cable boardband service(5 mths of remaining contract) which is performing from bad to worse.
Spoken twice to sales consultant at 1630, first CSO told me it can be done withe some reduction of perks when compared to new signup. However, when i called up again to find out more details, 2nd CSO insisted that it cannot be done and I should bear with it or am better off finding a new ISP. Seriously?
Whats the role of starhub's sales consultants? to retain or reduce customer's base?
