I signed up for safe surf several days ago. So far ZERO sites are blocked. I have tried rebooting my modem and taking off and on nucleus. I was told to remove all history. I have done it. Nothing works. Can you help? Also phone calls to yr call centres are always cut off in mid conversation and very frustrating. It has happened to me about three or four times already and i have to phone again and get a new customer service person who speaks to me and starts from the beginning all over again. It is ridiculous to expect me to delete all history so that safesurf can work and of course it doesn't block even a single site to begin with. Does ANYONE care??
