Ever since last Monday (25/6/18) I noted my network service became unstable. Then I called 1633, waited for about 1 hour and finally got someone answer. Helped me to do a reset at their side, and the IPv4 service was settled. However my IPv6 was then not able to connect
Then I called starhub every day, they keep asking me to send a screenshot of the error message, which I've sent! And until now the problem still persist!
For the past three days they called me once a day asking me why they never receive my screenshot, which I've already sent out, AND already got their reply.
Such an awful service! the helpdesk is really useless and I'm very disappointed
