and your customers are trying to get some answers. a littel effort to let us know that the situation is being handled would go a long way.
just to clarify, I've checked my cables. power cycled the fiber router(waited the customary 10 sec).
the LOS led is still blinking.
Suggest you to contact the hotline 1633 CS to inform them if there are problem in the network in your area.
At lest the more customers to call, this will make them aware of your situation.
