In the night around 9pm plus, the my wifi had disconnected me from it EVERY 5-10mins and its not only me who gets it. My whole family is gets disconnected too... Is there any way to solve this problem?
Tried the router on n off method alr. Pls send help. I'm had just been disconnected while posting this out...

If you're still experiencing issues as of now after rebooting all your devices, and that your internet connection works fine via a wired connection from the ONT to your Laptop / Desktop, do consider calling your router manufacturer for assistance on the router connectivity.
