cannot check out when trying to upgrade fibre broadband online... it keeps requesting to review order and can never checkout. Did anyone face the same issue and advise?
Upgrade usually means to upgrade to a higher plan than the current plan.
There is no upgrade on the same plan.
To upgrade to a lower plan means termination is required.
For recontract to current plan, the existing plan should be completed 21 months of contract period.
