Wi-Fi only strong and good at the living room. But when at the room then signal become suck and horrible. Already called customer service and they always told me that “after checked seen your network is fine and no problem”. Tired to listen these same replied and do nothing when ppl feedback to their problem. No one is so free to call in to tell network is bad if the network is really strong and connection is good.
My contact will end at March 2019, after that will swift to other company. I mean it!

Quick check - have you tested the connection using a LAN cable to your laptop/PC to see if the issues recur after a restart of your modem/ONT and router?
