We are moving to our new house in coming 2 weeks (end of June) and surprise to know that relocation sgd107 excluding GST is charged which sounds ridiculous and unacceptable for our as a StarHub long term subscriber.
We never received any voucher, waiver or incentive from Starhub, on neither our fiber broadband nor my wife mobile service when we recontract ours for past years. Yet we still continue with Starhub service up to now.
That is quite disappointed with such heavy relocation charge while we are moving everything physically ourselves.
We wish anyone from Starhub could do something about this at least regain our confidence with Starhub.

We do not offer waivers for relocation services.
In the event where you are close to your recontract dates for your mobile services, you may check again with us to see if you have any vouchers available.
