Hi cyrofila

Have you tested the connection using a LAN cable to your laptop/PC to see if the issues recur after a restart of your modem/ONT and router?

If this doesn't help, let me have your full name, NRIC/FIN number, contact number and email address via Private Message and I'll check.

Seriously! Pls read carefully what was reported:

Speed tests were performed on wired connection on a gigabit ethernet.

- Gateway rebooted

- ONT Rebooted "

I think the first thing that 99% of your customers facing issues with internet speed will do is to reboot the modem and see if the issues can be resolved.

Obviously, if the issue can be resolved with a reboot, then there will be no need to highlight the issues here.

The reasons that your customers are raising the issues here is because we are at our wit's end. Nothing that we can reasonably do at our end has resolved the issues.

And Starhub doesn't even seems to think there is an issue in the first place but instead like to insulate that its a wifi issue.

Standard reply: Pls reboot and try a wired connection.
