I am currently getting very slow and intermittent internet from my recently installed fibre broadband (on a HomeHub 1000 plan). This is highly frustrating as I need to work from home and reliable internet access is a must, and it appears that many other Starhub users are experiencing the same difficulties. When will Starbub resolve these problems?
Likewise, my fibre connection was done yesterday and immediately I found the connection very bad, much worse than when I am using cable. The connection drops nearly every few minutes.
