Will some technical staff help me on the following:?
Earlier this afternoon, I had called up Starhub's



Customer Care pertaining the slow internet speed and intermittent disruptions of my 1Gbps Fibre Broadband I had experienced lately.
As per your staff's suggestion, I had connected my PC (with 1Gb ethernet card) directly to the ONT using a LAN cable (Cat. 6) and performed several internet speed tests.
Attached are the screenshots of these tests.
As you can see both the download and upload speeds are below 100Mbps!!
Apparently I am "short-changed" on the expected service from Starhub!!
I had also conveyed my suspicion to your staff, SK, on the "ageing" Huawei Echolife HG8240 GPON Terminal which came when I signed up 100Mbps Fibre Broadband more than 4yrs ago, for causing the above said issues.
Thus please act immediately to rectify and resolve these issues asap.
