My fibre broadband has been down for 1 day, the issue is my router does not indicate a green light to show its connected to the internet. the indications of the modem shows that its connected to the internet. i restarted the modem and my router umpteen times but the problem still persists.
i have seeked your helpdesk support for help but they are unable to solve it and they told me to wait for a call from ur tech support team but still no reply yet.
Pls advise me what i should do, i need to get my internet up asap

Hi there, your tech support came to my place and instructed the backend team to flush out the IP addresses and MAC Addresses, working well now.
