My fibre starhub connection to there using skype video and audio is very bad, can any one help?

Have you tested the connection using a LAN cable to your laptop/PC at www.starhub.com/personal/support/device-trouble-shooting/broadband/perform-speed-test.html?icid=int-... to see if the issues recur after a restart of your modem/ONT and router?

Local speedtest ping is 1ms, download 881.1mbps upload 907.8mbps
International speedtest ping is 160ms, download is 120mbps.
So is not my ONT, Router and PC issue. Please assist and fix it soon if possible.

Another way will be getting a VPN from PUREVPN trial like 3 days payable to try out. Got direct server there not going throught US for one big loop if you cannot fix it.
Starhub tech support had got back to me about 3 weeks, had been monitoring for 2 last Sunday including Yesterday afternoon 4 to 5pm same time over an hour video conference in skype, using direct connection router is Dlink DIR-868L not rebooted for weeks using latest 1.21 version firmware, not using any third party VPN work well no issue. This is just an update to you so you can tell the team.
