The trace route issue from starhub servers to overseas serves still hasn't been resolved and instead seems to be getting worse. You can see from the countless forums posts below that Starhub is still yet to reply and doesn't show any care in fixing the issue of high ping/latency to thing such as US servers. This issue isn't dificult to fix, all you have to do is change the network path to something like MyRepublic uses. I am aware of the topic of Starhub going bankrupt due to people canceling their subscriptions with the T.V. service, and leaving this issue on the FIbre Broadband isn't helping and will only result in more people leaving. So please, just change your network route, it is causing so much unnecessary damage.
