I applied for fibre services on 05June15.
I emailed to starhub customer care on 07Sept to terminated my application for non-delivery of services.
No contact since from Starhub except for the auto reply of receipt of my email.
I called 1633 today and realised from CSO my application is still active.
Kindly advise how I can get confirmation of termination of my application of Starhub Fibre.
