My contract is coming to an end for both my Cable TV and fiber Broadband.
Wondering what are the procedure is like.
Possible to plan a date to be terminated?
And the modem and Cable TV Setup box has to be returned on the same day or possibly on another date?
Have I missed anything out that I need to do?
have been a customer for over 15 yrs so I'm unsure how this work.

Hi @kksuen, you will need to visit the main StarHub shops to return the ONT of your fibre broadband and your cable TV equipment which include the set-top box(es), remote control(s), power adapter(s) and fibre patch cord. Take note that the termination does not need to take place on the bill cycle date.
