Starhub Fiber intermitten connection

Hi Starhub,

Ever since i've signed up for your service around 1 month ago you guys have yet to resolve any of my slow and intermitten connection issues.

Worst internet service provider ever! My experience with Singtel had been fine and when I switched over to your service it was a bad choice.

First you screwed up on your installation date and then later fail to resolve my intermitten and slow connection. Installation date was supposed to come with internet and TV but in the end due to your poor communication between your front desk and back office only the internet service was installed. Due to that i had to use 3 days of personal leaves just to settle your lousy service issues.

Please buck up on your service and as customers we don't want to pay for something that we don't receive.
