I have repeatedly contacted StarHub Customer Service since 6th of March 2019 several times a week by phone and through the online feedback form to request the termination of my Fiber Broadband internet subscription, however no action was undertaken by StarHub to terminate it and monthly subscription fees continue to be charged to me. Despite verbal promises to call me back and handle my case, no real action has been done yet. As I had to leave Singapore, I left the networking equipment to be collected by StarHub with another person and all updated contact details have been communicated to StarHub. I am appalled by this commercial practice which seems to be designed to unlawfully continue accrue monthly subscriptions fees when a subscriber moves abroad.
