I signed up with the 1gb fiber broadband last October, but the internet is not very stable. Recently when I was watching a course from coursera, it would stop several times and buffer for few minutes just for a video like 20mins. Please suggest how to solve the issue.
Hi noone2454, does restarting your router and ONT/modem to refresh the signal help at all? Alternatively, you may try a direct LAN connection as that'll help to stabilise your connection.
Restarting the router doesn't work, and it's not convienient to use the cable connection either. Just wondering what is my router username and password so that I can config it myself
