Nice job stabilizing the network. I can imagine the pressure but you guys (StarHub) have a service quality to meet since we are paying customers. I'd love to extend my sympathy and understanding but I can't imagine StarHub doing the same when I can't pay my bills.
I still have an issue watching TED (www.ted.com) videos. I can't get HD videos even though I'm on 200Mbps and videos are buffering which is irritating.
Any one facing the same issue for other sites that stream videos? Is it just me or are we still on bandwidth throttling?
By the way, anyone from StarHub care to explain what happened for the past few weeks?
