SLOW SLOW SLOW !! i'm paying for 500

Maybe i should not pay my bills until my speeds are resumed.

There are 2 main issues to resloved this.

 

It seem that your connection is up to 100Mbps.

Go to your network adapter to check if it had indicated as 100Mbps.

Below at the taskbar, click on the internet icon.

And click "Open Network and Sharing Center"  >  left panel "Change adapter settings"  > click on "Local Area Connection" and then right click and select "Status". Check the speed if it show 100Mbps or 1Gbps.

 (This do happened to me.)

 

Do note that the LAN cable should be at least Cat-5e which is stated on the cable itself.

LAN cable Cat-5 support up to 100Mbps.

1.0 GBPS is my setting...

 

New HDB all wired with cat6

 

This just happened like 1-2 weeks ago. changed 2 different routers. still the same problem.

Well, do write to the forum staff to assist you.

They may have to check on their end, and will inform to restart devices.

The technician also told me about Cat-6 when they done at my new HDB.

Add:  My connection is okay, as above 600Mbps is acceptable.
