Have you restart the ONT/modem (Nucleus Connect).
Try to remove the fibre cable by holding the green end to pull out and re-insert in firmly, no force.
Do it at both end on the ONT and the FTP.
If either methods do not work, you can contact hotline 1633 direct to Broadband Tech support, not cs.
They can check on your connection at their end.
Alternately write to the forum staff (from your previous post) to expediate for you.
