I came back from a week away and turned the modem and Linksys router back on.
They both appeared to be be working fine, but the internet was slow and seemed to be working in bursts.
I then got a message from my VPN provider saying that my account was temporily suspended because I had reconnected 300 times in the past hour.
I changed the Linksys router over for a spare that I had and the internet was back working at full speed.
What is the procedure to get a replacement router ?

Unfortunately Linksys aren't on that list.
